During a visit to a poor area of Maseru (the capitol city), Lesotho, I asked some young people what they wanted to be when they grew up. Although they live in extreme poverty, they have great aspirations. Their answers:

"I want to be a soldier."

"I want to be a lawyer."

"I want to be a teacher."

"I want to be a doctor."
